At Creme of Nature, we want you to love your hair care experience; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or visit our Returns Center with your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
